Hey guys!
I hope you had an amazing weekend! Whether you celebrate Valentine's day or not I hope you took some time this weekend for some self love and care. I've really been enjoying my epsom salt baths to help relax my muscles after a long day. Many of you requested a new Inner Thigh video so I wanted to share a quick 10 min Pilates inspired workout focused on strengthening and toning inner thighs.
