Interlaken is another city in the world where watch enthusiasts can really enjoy watchmaking. Not only is this city a great example of the beauty that Switzerland can hold, the main attraction when it comes to watches are the incredible boutiques one can visit.

Interlaken, which means between two lakes, is situated in the canton of Bern between the Brienz and Thun lakes. Home to about 6000 residence, Interlaken’s main industry is their tourism. The town has incredible hikes and snow sports in the region. It is very close to three famous high Alpine peaks - the Eiger, Mönch, and Jungfrau.

After you have done your skiing, and had your raclette in your Swiss chalet, you could venture out to the great watch boutiques. Kirchhofer is a very famous boutique with a vast amount of watches. Bucherer also has a location in Interlaken which is worth visiting. These boutiques, with a selection of various watches from different price points, are a great place to experience many different types of watches and the retail experience in Switzerland.
