✔️ black pepper
✔️ optionally: armagnac / cognac / brandy 50 ml
✔️ oil

For cooking:
✔️ butter + oil
✔️ 1 table spoon flour
✔️ for sauce thickening: 30 gr butter (1 oz) + 30 gr flour (1 oz), 40 gr dark chocolate (1.4 oz)
✔️ salt
