The UK is due to leave the Brexit transition period at the end of the December this year and Boris Johnson is no closer to a trade deal with the EU. Major British banks and financial institutions have begin to advise their customers both private and business to close their accounts as the customers may not able to access services and products from the 1st of January next year.

This may cause a massive headache for UK citizens either working or retired aboard in the EU.
