Ingredients:

Eclair pastry:
115ML water
45g unsalted butter
80g flour
3 whole eggs

Custard:
1 whole egg
70g sugar
30g corn starch
340ML milk
4g Vanilla powder (1tsp vanilla extract)
115g butter
