My initial testing of the HDMI 2.1 port on the M2 Pro MacBook Pro 14" connected to an LG C1 48" OLED TV was successful in being able to run at 4K resolution, 120 Hz refresh rate, and HDR enabled. Here's the VRR menu showing it running at full YCbCr444 at 10 bit.

That's the good news, but the bad news is I have found that there are some serious limitations to this setup due to how Apple implements its display scaling.
