Whether you’re a brand-new white belt or a highly experienced black belt, these 16 warm up drills will
improve your BJJ game.
Although I don’t expect you to perform all of these daily, I do recommend choosing 6-8 of these drills
and creating different warm up routines to follow.
Not only are these a great way to warm up and get the blood flowing, but these specific drills will
improve your jiu-jitsu as well.
