Health officials in New York State are warning parents about the nasal spray version of the flu vaccine.

They say it didn't protect children from the Swine Flu strain last winter and might not work again this year.

Why it didn't work isn't clear.

But CDC officials don't believe Swine Flu will be a big player this season.

Experts advise getting a shot.
