All Standing, Low Impact , Knee Friendly strength training session today! This full body toning workout will strengthen and tone your entire body! This is a 2 dumbbell full body toning workout that will put those muscles to work, helping them grow and become stronger. Along other benefits, having more muscle will help you burn more calories. This workout is all strength, no cardio. It can be a great add on workout to a power walk or any type of cardio session, but it can also be used as a stand alone strength training session.
If you feel you can do more, make sure you hit the REPLAY button and do it twice! This dumbbell full body workout will tone and tighten the muscle, but it can also help with muscles growth (depending on your fitness level and the weight you use).
I'm using 4 kg dumbbells for this workout. It's a weight that allows me to comfortably perform all the exercises in this workout, but not so easy that I don`t feel the work! Make sure you adjust the weight to your fitness level!
