Adequate vitamin D prevents disease and enhances healthy ageing.
The aim of our vitamin D project is raising public awareness. Telling the story of small migrating birds that follow instincts we ignore and even lost. We take the viewer on a scientific adventure from one of the most beautiful rural spots in the Netherlands, via the Iberian peninsula, right into the heart of Africa. One Health for longer lives, learning from what nature has to offer.
