Author of Democracy Squared Jon Barnes, The Guardian's China correspondent and foreign leader writer Tania Branigan, Labour MP Jess Phillips and professor of history and politics of modern China at Oxford University Rana Mitter explore our complicated relations with strong leading men and women.
Isabel Hilton hosts.
