The Austin Police Department is calling Raul Meza a "serial killer," suspecting his involvement in as many as 10 other homicides.
So far, Meza has been charged in the deaths of two people: 80-year-old Jesse Fraga, of Pflugerville, and 66-year-old Gloria Lofton, of Austin. Police are indicating that this may be just the beginning of a slew of charges Meza could face.
