Just a video showcasing my VC3 Training rotation. Feel free to leave comments if you have any feedback on ways to improve it. Does use lucid soul but im pretty sure you don't need one to full clear as illium although it does help.

Stats: 29k on 100% meso + 80% drop gear, 20% meso ia, buffs in buff bar
Results:
Exp: 130b/hr
Meso: 800m/hr
