In this video I explain and demonstrate the entire enema cleanse process at home as a beginner (excluding the actual insertion!). This is my first ever attempt, using herbal (Sage tea). The enema cleanse forms part of a 5-day juice fast that I have been prescribed my a fasting expert.

I show the Enema Kit used to operate the procedure, how it flows, how much herbal tea you should put in (including the temperature), and then (PG-rated) demonstrate the process of the herbal tea going into the body and the after effects while the 1250 ml of herbal tea is still inside me. What a cleansing experience!
