A 55 years old male presented with History of Bil Decrease Of Vision. The right eye already had poor vision that had progressed gradually over the years. The decrease of vision was sudden in the left eye A few months back
On Examination, Bilateral Nystagmus was noted. Right eye Iris Coloboma was seen with a Mature cataract giving no fundal view. Left eye showed normal iris with Pseudophakia but A retinochoroidal Coloboma was noted. the left Optic disc was waxy Pale, with arteriolar Sheathing and diffuse arteriolar attenuation , giving the impression of an old Central Retinal Artery Occlusion (that was confirmed by previous prescription slips).
