Tiramisu
Nothing beats this yummy coffee creamy Italian dessert...
English and Mandarin recipe below.
Our recipe makes 5 servings:
Ingredients:
4 Eggs, egg yolk and white separate 4顆蛋
200 ml Espresso coffee 濃縮咖啡
500g Mascarpone Cheese 瑪斯卡邦乳酪
250g ladyfingers 手指餅乾
4 table spoons of Ron 蘭姆酒
50g dark cocoa powder 黑巧克力粉
100g Sugar 糖
Place the egg yolks and 50g of sugar over a pot with boiling water and stir constantly for 5 minutes.we don’t want the eggs to cook ;-)
Beat the egg yolks until the mixture has a creamy texture and a pale color
Add the mascarpone cheese to the egg yolk mixture and combine
Beat the egg whites and 50g of sugar until they form stiff picks
Slowly incorporate the egg yolks to the whites
Add 4 tbsp of ron to the coffee
Soak the ladyfinger biscuits in the coffee until moist
Place the wet ladyfingers at the bottom of each glass, cover with a layer of mascarpone mix and sprinkle a tea spoon of cocoa powder on top
Repeat the previous step and chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.

將蛋黃隔水加熱加入50的糖持續攪拌5分鐘 (別把蛋煮熟唷;-)
蛋黃打至奶油淡黃色，加入瑪斯卡邦乳酪將兩者均勻混合
再將蛋白打發到不會掉和加入50克的糖，慢慢的將兩者混合
加入四湯匙萊姆酒，將手指餅乾浸泡在咖啡直到濕潤
將手指餅乾放在底層之後在把瑪斯卡邦乳酪覆蓋上
撒上巧克力粉最後在重複一次。完成。
