This song was composed by "Buck" Ram, the Platter's Producer and Manager. It was an immediate success with such a beautiful interpretation.
Freddie Mercury recorded a much "edgier" version, a great performance in my opinion, but I don't think it captures the sensibility of the composer.
This is my interpretation of what really is a very sad song that reflects someone's loss and how he deals with it. I hope you enjoy it and your feedback is welcome.
