How to make the Best Fruit Platter
Servings: 1 large fruit platter.
Ingredients:
2 apples
1 grapefruit
1 orange
1 banana
2 kiwis
grapes
blueberries
Instructions:
1. Make a swan from an apple. Cut an apple into 3 parts by making the middle part 1/3-inch wide. Do not remove the stem.
2. Cut a swan neck from the middle part. Keep the stem on a head as a crest.
3. Make a swan body from a half apple. Cut 2 wedges from each side of the body.
4. Assemble your wedges as seen in the video and place them on the body.
5. Attach neck part to body part with toothpick.
6. Repeat the Steps 1-5 to make another swan.
7. Peel the grapefruit from the skin. Cut it into halves. Then slice each half. Use half of slices to make a rose. You will use another half to make a side decoration at the end.
8. Cut an orange into halves. Then slice each half. You will use all orange slices to make a side decoration at the end.
9. Peel kiwis. Use one kiwi to make 2 lilies by making deep cuts to the center. Slice another kiwi to make side decoration at the end.
10. Peel and slice banana.
11. Decorate the platter with all nicely carved fruits and berries.
