Superfoods are foods that are rich in nutrients and these powders are packed with superfoods!
While a greens powder may not be necessary for someone who eats an appropriate amount of veggies every day, that isn’t common! We know that only about 1 in 10 Americans consume enough fruits and veggies.
Ideally, I like to see clients prioritizing whole fruits and veggies and including veggies with every meal, but if you’re struggling to hit that goal, this could be an easy way to help bridge that gap.
