More adventures from HMS Endurance, now on station off a largely uncharted James Ross Island. A short period of having been stuck in the ice prompts throughs of the first ship to bear our name and it's Captain Ernest Shackleton.

65 years after Shackleton's men landed on Elephant Island, members of the 1981crew return to the island and re-enact part of the Shackleton story for the TV cameras.
