This is a rapid fire compilation of some really cool pop, circus style moves that are super fun to watch.
Pops or Icarian pops are moves where the flyer is launched into the air and caught again in a different or similar position by the base.
These are typically more dangerous and require more skill to perform and practice. (see the bloopers at the end to know what we mean…)
