#SunriseSweat is a series I am starting on my channel that shows alllllll aspects of a healthy lifestyle. Living a healthy lifestyle is a journey, meaning there are super high highs & super low lows. I want this series to be a place you can come to when you want to get inspired, feel secure in your journey, and ultimately help you stay on track of your lifestyle change. You can expect to see REAL, RAW footage of workouts, recipes, tips, inspo videos, spin videos, and much more.
Why the name? If you listen to my podcast, #ManifestWithToriSterling, I talk about my domino habit that will keep me going in this journey of being healthy. My domino habit is to get a sweat in before 6 am every morning. When I sweat in the morning, I will continue to make healthy choices throughout the day. Thus, #SunriseSweat. #SunriseSweat is meant to empower & inspire you. It allows you to take control of your life and make the decisions you want that will make you feel best.
