COROS Pace 2 Overview
The Coros Pace 2 boast of being the lightest GPS sports watch in the world, with a weight of 29g compared to the 45+g most sports watches weigh. Aside from its lightweight, as an upgrade from the Coros Pace, the Pace 2 has several new features that put it head to head with some high-end models. To begin with, the Coros Pace 2 has a processor that's 1.5 times more powerful than its predecessor, as well as, 4 times more storage space. The battery life while on GPS mode is also longer for the Pace 2. You also get an easier user experience when using the digital dial as opposed to the four buttons in the previous model. Aside from the general running, swimming, and biking modes, the Pace 2 offers more detailed modes. This includes cardio and strength training modes. With the strength training mode, you can even customize your interval training from the 200+ pre-loaded exercises or download featured workouts from their website. Packed with essential sensors, you can easily keep track of your pace, distance, calories burnt and so much more. Additionally, for more accurate heart rate readings, you could combine the Pace 2 Wrist Heart Rate Monitor with an ANT+ or Bluetooth Smart heart rate sensor. The smart sports watch also has an AI trainer that gauges the effects of aerobic and anaerobic efforts and estimates the appropriate recovery. This way you avoid pushing yourself too far. You’ll even get Nutritional alerts, especially on long runs to remind you to fuel up before going on.
