RESURRECTED!!! From the old "Diamond's In The Rough" channel back in 2015 with over 50K-views.
From the 1968 Wichita Lineman album Track 3 on Side 2, the Tim Hardin classic "Reason To Believe" that Glen's was the first popular version of the song played on both the radio & TV but Glen never released it as a single...It is said that Rod Stewart heard Glen's song, saw him do it on his show & decided to record it on his 1971 "Every Picture Tells A Story" album...it was Rod's first single off that album & "Maggie May" was the "B-side"...then he released it again on his infamous 1993 MTV Unplugged performance... Altogether, the two versions of "Reason to Believe" logged a total of 41 weeks on the Hot 100, more than any other Rod Stewart song...and to think it all started with Glen...
