A lot of people have been asking me, how did you get out of prison after only 10 years on a 30 to life sentence. In this video I explain some of the reasons why I got my appeal. I talk about how the D.A. Star witness had a lengthy criminal record but the defense was not allowed to bring this up during trial. The witness went on to spin a tale that was contradicting to the evidence presented during trial. The testimony was so outlandish and contradictory that if it weren’t for the judge not allowing the defendants to question the witnesses credibility maybe the case would have had a different outcome.
