This pilates reformer workout is a full body workout with a focus on lower body, core and obliques. I am using the pilates box to stand on for lunges, planks and side bends. If you're reformer is low to the ground then you don't need a box because you can just stand on the floor. Get ready to fire up those quads, glutes hamstrings and engage the core!
