With a bounty of tomatoes, eggplant and basil from my garden, wanted to tackle this Ina Garten recipe. Super cheesy for sure! I'd need to tinker with it but this recipe is a bit of a chore.

Flavor? Well, it rocked! I was thinking of the future right after I saw the bubbling cheese...
