- 3/4" wood, set jig to edge of wood, set collar to 3 1/2", use 1 1/4" screw
- 1/2" wood, set jig 1/4" over the edge, set collar to 3 1/4", use 1" screw
- 1 1/2" wood, set jig 1 1/4" from edge, set collar to 4 1/8", use 2 1/2"
