We all know that starting your morning in a positive way sets you up for a great day ahead. But I also know it’s a struggle to wake up your body and your mind sometimes. So here is a nice, simple workout to slowly get your body moving - and this is a very similar morning routine that the pro athletes use as well!
This Morning Workout focuses on:
- Flexibility
- Mobility
- Core
so your body can feel lighter, warmer and looser at the end of the training.
Pro and amateur athletes can use this training for their morning or evening routines, pre-games or recovery sessions.
