INTRODUCTION
EASA determined the following Inadequate procedures, the lack of procedures to detect if errors made during maintenance may have an impact on the safety of the flight. The worst foreseeable situation would be that the error is made on a system that controls the flight path, the stability, or the propulsive forces. Proper implementation of procedures to detect errors and proper qualification of the persons implementing them would reduce the risks associated with such maintenance activity. This half-day course provides “A” certifying staff with a regulatory understanding concerning roles and responsibilities to support the process of nominating such staff for Critical Task Independent Inspection.
