As 2022 ended and we are off to the start of the new year 2023, I was left to wonder and reflect on my own mortality and the fragility of life. For me, 2022 was a tough year mentally and spiritually, I had to come to terms with the idea that I can't control every outcome and that everyone has an end date, including myself. In this episode, I discuss the struggles of personal loss and the struggles I had to overcome to realize that every moment is precious and to not take for granted your loved ones. I hope you enjoy this episode and that it may help you out as well.

Sometimes we need a small reminder of how fragile this life truly is in order to enjoy it to its fullest.
