All of the fables in episode one are story related except from three.

The first miss able fable is in Bigby's apartment when you get in there you will find a file for Bluebeard, if you read it you will get a fable that could be missed by a lot of people.

The second and third miss able fables is right at the end of the episode when you do the final fight against Gren. When you get the option to whether to rip his arm off or not, if you choose to rip it off you get one fable if you choose to leave it you get the other. I recommend choosing which one you don't want to do first then pause and quit straight after the action happened, when you re load the game it will start the game just before you get to choose again letting you choose the option you actually wanted to take and still get the achievement!
