I don’t know if you know there’s a huge problem with plant-based milks. Everyone thinks they’re healthy, but they might actually be leading to weight gain issues
Pesticides and herbicides sprayed on nuts and oats are known endocrine disruptors.
This can lead to unnatural increases aromatase activity which can lead to increases in estrogen and weight gain
Mineral deficiencies and inadequate protein consumption can be very problematic with weight gain.
And antinutrients in nuts and oats can impair mineral absorption and even inhibit the breakdown and absorption of proteins.
This is often overlooked, but Gums and other additives, either used to enhance texture, emulsify, or to help preserve the actual food product can irritate and inflame your gut
And a poorly functioning digestive system can make weight loss an absolute nightmare.
Nut and oat milks are also NOT a good source of protein or fat. They also contain less vitamins and minerals compared to raw dairy.
So if you're going to drink milk, just do the real thing - and by real thing I mean raw milk. Not the pasteurized fart inducing commercial stuff
