Elephants are not only by far the most humongous titans to set foot on the modern earth's ground, they are also some of the smartest and most fascinating. In fact, they are my personal favourite animal (although I love all of those guys)! They are even an significant part of India's culture, to the point the symbolic face of one of Hinduism's most iconic gods is owed to them.
But there's more to these magnificent behemoths than what meets the eye, which is amazing in itself. An elephant isn't merely a massive, quadrapedal animal with a trunk and fan-like ears. There are two distinct main species of elephants with some quite noticable features that put them apart (and even these have subspecies, mind you). That's the subject of today's video (which also ends with a splendid twist, so don't shut the process midway through!), and I am the professor. So shall I profess now?
