Some travel precautions in Singapore will be partially eased in September as part of efforts to kickstart the economy. General travel to Brunei and New Zealand will be allowed, subject to requirements in those countries. At the same time, some travellers from these places will no longer have to serve a Stay-Home-Notice here. Instead, they will take a COVID-19 test upon arrival.
