I have an angry husband. All he sees is my flaws and he doesn’t let up. How do I deal with that? It wears me down. Its’ been so long since we were in love. Struggling with this process. Yes I agree I need to be more proactive. He is not coming from left field when he starts. I talk too much. I feel overwhelmed with this. I feel I am getting beat up. I try hard not to react but sometimes I do. Sometimes my inner reaction is peaceful other times I feel so aggravated. He stops communicating, silent treatment, angry. Those are triggers! I have been using SEW, trying to catch the thoughts. Sometimes it gets confusing acting with the wisdom part. I don’t know what to say to respond or react. I feel numb. Sometimes I don't even know what love is.
Paul Friedman, founder of The Marriage Foundation speaks about a questions of a wife who has an angry husband and then offers truly useful marital knowledge. We revitalize marriages that most “experts” think is beyond saving. We scientifically guide you to the love and joy you rightfully expected when you said, “I do”.
