World powers have condemned Monday's (August 31) deadly clashes outside the Ukrainian parliament in Kyiv and have called on the Ukrainian government to push ahead with constitutional amendments which include granting more power to local governments in the volatile east.
Violence erupted between outside the parliament when MPs backed decentralization reforms. Over 100 people were injured and AT LEAST TWO National Guard Members have been killed.
