Recipe Coconut Pound Cake:
Preheat oven to 300
Grease and flour bundt pan.
Cream together 2 soft sticks butter and 2 c sugar.
Mix well
Add 6 eggs room temp. one at a time.
Mix till creamy and warm yellow color.
Stir in one entire pkg. of crushed up Vanilla Wafers
alternately with 1/2c milk.
Fold in 1 c coconut, and 1 c chopped pecans.
Mix gently till well blended.
Bake for 1 hour and 15 or 20 min. Do toothpick trick.
Allow to cool and tip out of bundt pan.

You could also bake in an 8 x 11 pan. Just cut pieces into squares
