Restoring heritage sites after the quake
The National Commission on Culture and the Arts is working with government agencies for the restoration of heritage sites damaged by magnitude 7.0 #EarthquakePH.

Part of the assessment is the Vigan church and the Bantay Bell Tower, but the NCAA admits they will face challenges in restoring historical houses considered to be private property.
