Tailbone pain can be very nagging at times but with a focus on a appropriate sitting position, breathing to release tissue tension through the core and muscle that attach to the tailbone region, and stretching as needed, you'll be back on your feet in no time!
Remember, if pain and discomfort continues it may be worth having a conversation with a licensed physical therapist who specializes in pelvic floor physical therapy as there could be more internal involvement of your pelvic floor musculature.
