Here's a real time video playback example of the Cypher AFM imaging nucleic acid on mica at 9.77 XY line rate in air using tapping mode. The 700nm scan range was collected in 26 seconds at 256 pixels x 256 lines. At beginning of video, the scan range was zoomed & offset from previous 1500nm frame. A 10Hz scan rate is on the slow side for the Cypher platform's scanning capabilities.
