Age: 4+ years
Non-Chill Filtered
Mash Bill: 95% Rye / 5% Barely
It is a Blend of 9 year old Indiana Rye (90%) & 4 year Kentucky Rye (10%)

Nose 👃🏼: Citrus, Grape, with some baking spices , oak

Palate 👅: Chocolate, rye spice, dried fruit, cinnamon spice

Finish 🏁: That rye spice is present but not overpowering, a nice cinnamon & slight caramel as well
