문대통령 아베와 전화통화, "북 도발에 연대 대응"
The Presidential Office of Cheong Wa Dae confirmed President Moon Jae-in held a phone conversation with his Japanese counterpart, Prime Minister Abe on Friday morning.
It was the fourth such phone call since President Moon's inauguration.
According to the Blue House, the two leaders reaffirmed the solidarity between Seoul and Tokyo in dealing with North Korea's threats, and acknowledged the importance of cooperation between the two countries, as well as their trilateral cooperation with the U.S.
President Moon and Prime Minister Abe also agreed on the need to cultivate a future-oriented partnership between South Korea and Japan, while dealing with sensitive historical issues.
