Ingredients:
700g Beef mince
1/2 cup Onion (chopped)
2-3 Red chili (chopped)
3-4 tbsp Coriander (fresh chopped)
2-3 Green chilies (chopped)
2 tbsp Mint (fresh chopped)
Salt to taste
1 tbsp Red chili powder
1 tbsp Cumin powder
1/2 tbsp Coriander powder
1/2 tbsp Black pepper powder
1 tbsp Paprika powder
1 tbsp Pomegranate seeds (dried)
Directions:
In a chopper add mince, onion, red chili, green chili, coriander, mint and chop it.
Then add salt, red chili powder, paprika powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, black pepper, pomegranate seeds and chop again until well combined.
Keep the prepared mince for at least 2 hour in refrigerator.
Make kababs and thread them on wooden skewers.
Heat oil in a pan and cook kababs from both sides until fully cooked.
Take a large chapatti, put salad and mint chutney and top it with kababs.

اجزاء:
بیف قیمہ 700گرام
پیاز آدھا کپ
لال مرچیں 2-3عدد
تازہ دھنیا 3کھانے کے چمچ
سبز مرچیں 2-3عدد
پودینہ 1کھانے کا چمچ
نمک حسبِ ذائقہ
لال مرچ پاؤڈر 1کھانے کا چمچ
ذیرہ پاؤڈر 1کھانے کا چمچ
دھنیا پاؤڈر آدھا کھانے کا چمچ
کالی مرچ پاؤڈر آدھا کھانے کا چمچ
پیپریکا پاؤڈر 1چائے کا چمچ
اناردانہ 1کھانے کا چمچ
ترکیب:
ایک چو پر میں قیمہ، پیاز، لال مرچ، سبز مرچیں، دھنیا اور پودینہ ڈال کر اچھی طرح چوپ کر لیں۔
اب اس میں نمک، لال مرچ پاؤڈر، پیپریکا پاؤڈر، ذیرہ پاؤڈر، دھنیا پاؤڈر، کالی مرچ اور خشک انار ڈال کر دوبارہ اچھی طرح چوپ کر کے اس قیمے کو دو گھنٹے کے لئے فریج میں رکھ دیں۔
پھر کباب بنا کر لکڑی کی سیخوں پر لگائیں۔
اب ایک پین میں کھانے کا تیل گرم کرکے اس میں کباب دونوں سائیڈوں سے اچھی طرح پکا لیں۔
پھر ایک بڑی چپاتی لے کر اس پر سلاد، پودینے کی چٹنی اور کباب رکھیں۔
