Hello everyone,
i barely used him in League battle but i still know how to play him since i met a lot of shanks players in the past. I think he will be always cancer even in a green Meta because Green Meta doesnt mean R.I.P Blue Units.
In a green Meta there will be Red Counters aswell and most of them cant stand a chance against Blue EX " the four Emperors " Shanks.
