Shalgam Ka Bharta. Gogru Ki Sabji.
Ingredients :-
250gms Shalgam.
1 Cup. Finely Chopped Tomato.
1/2 Cup. Finely Chopped Green
Garlic.
1 Cup. Finely Chopped Green
Onion.
1 Cup. Finely Chopped Coriander
Leaves.
1 Tbsp. Dhaniya Jeera Powder.
1 Tsp. Red Chilli Powder.
1 Tsp. Haldi.
1/2 Tsp. Hing.
1 Tbsp. Jeera.
1 tbsp. Ginger Chili Paste.
2 Tbsp. Ghee.
1 Tbsp. Mustard Oil.
1 Tbsp. Sugar.
1 Tbsp. Fresh Cream.
Procedure :-
01. Peel Off Shalgam & Cut Into
Small Cubes.
02. Sauté Till Golden Brown. On
Medium Flame.
03. Remove In Another Plate.
04 Add 1Tbsp. Mustard Oil
05. Add One By OneJeera, Ginger
Chilli Paste, Green Onion,
Green Garlic, Tomato, & All
Masala. Mix Well.
06. Add 1/2 Cup. Water & Cover &
Cook For 3 Minutes. On Slow
Flame.
07.Add Roasted Shalgam. Mix
Well. Add 1 Cup Water. Cover
With Lid & Cook For 10
Minutes.
08. Add Corriander Leaves, Sugar,
Fresh Cream & Mix Well.
09. Mash Fully With Potato
Masher. Till Chunky Paste
Consistancy.
10. Garnish With Shalgam Leaves
Or Corriander Leaves.
11. Serve Hot With Bajri Or Juwari
Thik Roti (Rotla). Or Roti.
Naan, Paratha, Puri. Along with
Onion, Green Chilli, Jaggery,
Thecha Or Green Chutney.
