marinade, like the one seen herein, even inexperienced
grillers can produce impressive results.
You can't get much more authentic than these Turkish
chicken kebabs, or tavuk sis (tah-VOOK' SHEESH').
There are many versions of traditional chicken kebabs and
this one features a simple marinade made from plain yogurt
or milk, garlic, and spices that transform plain white or dark
meat chicken into succulent, flavorful kebabs that don't
need much else to know how to make grilled chicken at
home.

Chicken breast - 500gm or 3 peices of breast cut in chunks
Olive oil - 3 tbsp
Greek Yogurt - 3-4 tbsp
Garlic - 7 cloves, crushed
Cinnamon powder - 1 tsp
Black pepper powder - 1 tsp
