Do you have a leftover heavy cream at home?If Yes then try this recipe of mine easy and quick to make this creamy BANANA PANCAKES.

Ingredients:
* heavy cream -80g
* banana- 2
* egg -2
* okara powder -10g

Instructions:
1. Prepare a blender. Peel and put the bananas into the blender . Follow with the eggs, heavy cream and Okara powder.
2. Close the blender, plug on and press start. Choose high level for 1 minute. Open the lid and transfer to a bowl .
3. Oil the pan. Scoop the batter into the pan . * it’s better to make a small pancakes when using an Okara powder because it’s fragile. But if you make a medium pancake like mine then just use two spatulas for easy turning over your pancakes.
4. Cook for 5-6 minutes or depends your heat . Just check under the pancake when it turns golden brown then it’s ready to flip over. Cook for another 4 minutes and it’s done. Enjoy eating beautiful people!
