We are learning more about the effects marijuana has on drivers. The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration launched a new campaign called "If You Feel Different, You Drive Different." The agency says there's been a 48% increase in drivers testing positive for THC at night time. Officials say marijuana can decrease a driver's focus, impair their judgement and slow down their reaction time.
