The other "one time only" way for horde is from a quest NPC sitting out infront of org, he will tell you to go to the docks and take a special 1 time only ship to get an event which will start the Vash Jr quest line.

Picture of a whale shark up close (it has a large aggro range and hits for like 100,000's) 7.7mil hp "boss" (theirs many of them, think of it like a fel reaver). Its probably the size of a felreaver.. maybe bigger (you can see how the hunters mark on its bigger then my pet)
